The subject of the leading post in that thread is one of the bugs.  Ideally the
timer should stop dead when you finish a game and be zeroed when you
start a new game.  It would be nice to see how you did, even if you do not
hit a high score.  Ditto goes for scoring, which is a mystery to most of us...

Some of the bugs in that list were also fixed in the qgraphics branch, but
not necessarily in the same way… ;-)
