[Kde-games-devel] Using libkeclarative

Just figured it out. in case it helps anyone..

Arch linux provides these files with kdelibs itself. KDE 4.8.2 package did
not
have the .cmake file, so was creating problems. Upgrading to 4.8.4 installed
the file, and was found by cmake.
