Hm, there's always the option to start with a new repository and put
the old stuff in a kdegames-history repo.

Pro: We can start the repos now*, using just the current revision.
Con: The conversion of the history might be forgotten.
Con: The history is lost in the new repo (git blame won't work).

* where "now" refers to "after trunk is unfrozen".
