Weren't you coming from Git? If so, maybe it is easier to port the commits
that happened in SVN manually.

The usual svn2git process is:
- downloading the SVN-Server-Archive (~55GB, iirc)
- writing a rules file, that describes the history in SVN
- running the convert script
- checking the archive's history

In any case, kde-scm-interest would be a better place for the technical
details.
