Possible: yes sure.
When: when people do not buy netbooks without videocards.

It is a sad Intel world :-S.

Hehe, on the other hand I've always wondered how it would be like to
play minigolf in the Himalayas! :D

Okay, then I'll create another heightmap (likely influenced from a
Kolf1 track) that is more akin to what we'll be seeing during actual
gameplay.

I'm tinkering away on new vector-based tiles that will take better
advantage of the 256x256 size.

I still need to read up on the latest GIMP and Krita to make the
raster-based ones, since I've not used either program for a while now.
[plus I have to dig out that old tablet pen which I rarely use]. ;)

QUICK QUESTION: what can you tell me at the moment for the
possibility of animated graphics/tiles? Will it be possible? I want
to plan for sky reflections or at least some minor ripple effects in
the water, but need to know if this will be technically feasible in
the future. : |
