i'll blog about it, and a dot story is a good idea too. 

as for the techbase page, check out how the bugsquad does it:

i'd really recommend just following their lead: host it in a specific irc 
channel (#kdegames, for instance :) and then summarize the input as it arrives 
on the wiki.
