Currently, the only Python based KDE game is in playground, so maybe
it makes sense to create the bindings and stick them there. That way
Wolfgang can make use of them, but we won't need to officially support
them. Should KMj or any other Python game want to move into the main
module, then we could consider moving the bindings then. Seems low
risk to me.
