[Kde-games-devel] Old versions in b.k.o and backporting policy

[1] needs translators approval as it will make them retranslate the text 
again, mail kde-i18n-doc at kde.org explaining your case.

[2] Of course bugs should be backported to KDE 4.2 branch.
