Damn, I really look forward to the kde3.5-pim-enterprise branch being
merged (hoping that that improves the imap-handling of kmail).

No its currently a kdialog subclass. Though changing that isn't a real
problem, I've got some plans for API changes related to the actual use a
dialog/widget for card-selection on my table.
