Maybe it would make sense to add another column to that table allowing
maintainers to comment on the level of their maintainership.

For example, some games have somewhat reluctant maintainers who have
been thrust into the position in the absence of anyone else filling
the role. In such cases, they may want to note "New maintainer
welcome".

Other maintainers may be happy as maintainers, but have a shortage of
time to dedicate to their game, in which case they may want to note
"Semi-Active. Patches / bugfixes welcome."

Then you have maintainers like me who have time, are protective of
their code and would prefer to do everything themselves. I might note
"Active. Bug reports / feature requests welcome."

The reason I bring this up is that having subscribed to the
kde-games-bugs list, I often see bug reports on other people's and
wonder if I should try to fix them or not. If the maintainer is
active, they could do a better job of fixing it and probably a lot
quicker than I could, so there's a temptation to not bother. On the
other hand, if I knew that the maintainer was strapped for time and
that the help would be appreciated, then I'd be much more likely to
try my hand at a patch.

Thoughts?

Parker
