We came to the conclusion that Kolf will, for 4.3, only include the classic 
bird's-eye-view. Once an OpenGL expert comes along or anyone of us has the 
time to get in touch with OpenGL, we will add a 3D view as a second option. 
Also, I will specifically pay attention to get a better depth impression into 
the 2D view, as compared to Kolf 1.
