Most (all?) 4.1 games that don't start immediately seem to offer this by
simply overlaying 'click here to start'

As long as you can still see the playing field through that overlay.. I
sometimes like to go through over the end result before continuing.

Without some sort of information, those 'hidden' features can break
expectations.
