This email is to remind you of our monthly meeting.

[ I must appologize for not bringing it up earlier, but there were problems... 
namely - I forgot :/ ]

Please see if we can set it up on 6th. If not, then 12, or 13th. Keep in mind, 
we have quite a few things to discuss.

Please advise of your availability, so the best possible time could be set.
