Thanks, Matthew, but have you looked at the SVG dice at the scale
at which they would be used in the game (ie. about 1.5-2.0cm)?  They
look fine at 5cm and up, but the curved 3D look of the edges virtually
disappears at small scale and the highlights in the pips are barely
visible.
