Yes, you will need the KDE4 version of both kdelibs and kdegames. You can find 
a tutorial for setting this up at 
http://techbase.kde.org/Getting_Started/Build/KDE4 or, if you're on Kubuntu 
or openSUSE, you can simply download the prepackaged kdelibs.
