Well, I'm referring to this section, in particular:

<note><title>Note:</title><para> Bear in mind that you can only select the
tiles which have either of their vertical sides open.</para></note>
        <para>

This phrase makes sense in kmahjongg but not in kshisen.

You can only select tiles which have at least one side open, vertically or
horizontally. But that's not even true, because you can remove tiles from the
center of the board, if they are one on the side of the other.
So I'd just remove that message, no change for the translators.

However, I think there are other messages that are not relevant/needed, in the
same spirit.

Let me see...
Further down the list, there are messages that seem just left over from the
mahjongg text...

<listitem><para>Only the 'open' tiles can be selected.</para></listitem>
<listitem><para>Only two 'open' and matching tiles can be selected at a
time.</para></listitem>
<listitem><para>'Open' tile is the tile which has one of the tile's vertical
sides open, meaning that no other tiles are located immediately next to
it.</para></listitem>
<listitem><para>'Open' tiles can be removed from the game board only when they
match.</para></listitem>

I think these could be removed as well. Something more appropriate could be
added after the freeze is lifted.
