I tried to do this, but I did it at the same time I was porting the game to 
KPixmapCache, and unfortunately KPixmapCache made the game really, really, 
really slow, so I couldn't actually add any animation. I'll try again and 
see if I can get better results.

The other issues can be fixed by modifying the theme's SVG. I'm no artist, 
though, so I can't do it myself.
