Hear, hear!  Me too!  I cannot get experienced in KReversi because
I always lose to the computer and that leaves me very discouraged,
especially because you lose suddenly just when you thought you
were doing OK ... ;-(  I think games need to help less-experienced
players along, to get them "sucked in" (as we say in Australia).

For more experienced players, you could use KConfig or
KSimpleConfig to save settings between games (if this is not
already done in KReversi) and you can use the "don't show me this
again" feature of KMessageBox to cut out beginners' messages.
