It's easy to translate the street names and chance cards, just copy
city.conf from the monopd distribution and edit it (kdeaddons has a Designer
application for boards as well).

There are still some non-control messages unfortunately. But this is not
possible anyway: the French board is actually *different* from the US one
for example, with some different cards.. and the Hungarian has 100 as income
tax while it's 75 for the US board. Quite confusing and I simply haven't
thought of a proper way to deal with this yet.

Yes, and I guess I can promise you that if such a translation feature will
ever exist, it will not have been written by me. ;-)

I've got some new thoughts though.. I have to run to catch a train but I'll
get back to you within a couple of days with some ideas!
