It can't be done, at least not usefully.  We have to keep the data file 
installations compatible with previous versions.  If you mid-stream decide 
to install decks of a new format, the new decks aren't going to work with 
existing apps.

The only way these new decks will work is if they are converted to the 
format all the other decks use.
