I think it makes sense to introduce a new port, devel/cmake4, which allows
folks to transition over to devel/cmake4, then shuffle devel/cmake over to
devel/cmake3 and devel/cmake4 to devel/cmake .

I am open to doing some of the legwork if it makes things easier for the kde@
cadre, given that this is a very widely used tool outside of the KDE space.
