Could you elaborate your point?

Currently x11/kde has:
COMMENT=        KDE Plasma Desktop and Applications (meta port)

and x11/plasma6-plasma:
COMMENT=        KDE Plasma 6 Desktop (meta port)

What does not make sense for you and why?
