fix start sway from X11 sddm (hopefully)
ttyvk is obviously too high in the alphabet so I dumbed down the path function
to be friendlier (IMO) to read, and hopefully also more correct.
I set the XDG_VTNR to 1 in the process that starts a waylands sessions which
seems to make seatd happy. I tested with an newly created user. Also I omit the
TIOCSCTTY ioctl for the lower ttys, which apparently always gives EPERM
probably because of the processes that uses them already.. Some tty switching
back to 0 after sway ran can be messy but <ENTER> did bring back my vt login
prompt on ttyv0.. Happy testing..
(Use git apply it is a patch against the patches so it is somewhat hard to
read)
