Steps to reproduce: 

1) quit System Settings

2) pkg install -y qt6ct

3) System Settings, apply qt6ct-style application style, quit

4) pkg delete -y qt6ct

5) System Settings … select Fusion, click Defaults (selects nothing), 
  select Oxygen, Apply, click Defaults (selects nothing), Apply
