Webengine builds fine with ninja 1.12 now. I don’t know if all of the other
chromium-based ports still do. The update needs another exp-run. I did
encounter a new build failure with the latest doxygen, though, which will have
to be fixed first.

Since Ninja 1.13 is out too, I’d rather not waste another exp-run on 1.12.
