ninja 1.12 is required to build current Ladybird:
https://github.com/LadybirdBrowser/ladybird/pull/5244

As a workaround, how about we provide devel/ninja111 with the old 1.11 version,
make qt?-webengine use that, and update devel/ninja to 1.12?
