kde quarterly report: meant for 2021q4 or 2022q1?

No, 2022q1/kde.adoc is me writing the quarterly notes *as we go along* rather 
than in a rush at the end. I don't know why that PR'ed along with the rest. 
Please keep it, since it matches what I'm writing locally.
