the problem persist after some chrome upgrades as well kde upgrades

Chrome is now at 94.0.4606.81
Plasma at 5.22.5

I can change between Classic and GTK+ theme, with KDE's browserintegrations
enabled but the icon does not change the color in any combination

same versions on Linux do not have this problem
