Fail to build qt5-sqldrivers-ibase

The Qt ports use qmake not cmake so they were unaffected by the cmake
modifictation.

I tested it in my 103 jail with an up-to-date ports tree and had no
issue. -- so as Adriaan said, make sure your tree and installed Qt&Co
is up to date, and retry.
