SVN commit 12314 by rakuco:

Drop kipi-plugin-dlnaexport.

tcberner started making this port work again in r10892, but the port never
reach a stable state. It also depends on hupnp ports that have not seen a
new release since 2011, and the plugin has not even been ported to KF5 yet.
