[kde-freebsd] Missing dependencies

I installed *just* plasma5-plasma-workspace 5.4.1 with pkg(8) from a poudriere 
build of area51's plasma5 branch. That pulls in lots of packages, and installs 
/usr/local/bin/startkde . 

It doesn't pull in qt5-qtpaths, though, and startkde uses qtpaths. That's a 
missing runtime dependency.

The startkde script still uses kapplymousetheme, which seems to be something 
from kde4-workspace -- that doesn't seem right in a kde5 script.

And shouldn't the script be called startkde5, so as to allow co-installability 
with the previous startkde?
