I installed qt 5.4 packages from the official FreeBSD repo. Then I built cmake-
gui from ports (I already had cmake & other stuff installed). It "just works", 
although it doesn't seem to do anything useful to me (i.e. I can run "cd build 
; cmake .." by hand just as easily).
