[kde-freebsd] 4.14.3 problems

Hi!

Again me...
I have more problems (KMail2 still exist):

1. If I don't lock widgets, the desktop wallper change to default after 
restart KDE (the same problem was in the 2 previous versions of KDE too
2. Settings: 
In the System Settings - Global Policy Configuration I have active ";Group" and 
if I on the other window check "wheel" which I am member as an user it doesn't 
save.

And there many other settings which I cannot do anything and it also doesn't 
ask me for the admin password.
