[kde-freebsd] update to pyqt

Hi 

Attached is a patch to bring areat51s PYQT/ to the newest versions.
* Alonso already pointed out, that qscintilla2/ defines DOCS/EXAMPLES options 
but does not handlet them (this was already the case before) -- I can add them 
in a seperate patch if needed.
* the patch to textproc/py-qt4-xml should be looked at by someone more 
familiar with qt.
