[kde-freebsd] kde-workspace does not build

WITH_NEW_XORG=yes caused my PC to hang, seriously hanging or even rebooting without any chance to trouble-shoot. So I decided against that option.
When I now wanted to try a build of x11/kde4-workspace, I run into trouble. The solution mentioned in here:

did also work for me. (Of course, I had to edit the files manually).

I build without any options from the make config menu. So, even without GLES, the problem happened.
I did not test, whether the exclusions would work with X-Server and option WITH_NEW_XORG=yes, so in other words, whether #if GLX_GLXEXT_VERSION >= 32 makes any sense.
But I would like to see such a simple patch to enable build on systems, where WITH_NEW_XORG=yes is no suitable option.
