It should be obvious that it's a lack of time, not interest, that is
involved here.

The plan is to make all KDE ports build with clang and libc++ for
10.0-RELEASE, regardless of whether it's 4.10.5 or 4.11.x.
Given the amount of time it takes for an exp-run, I cannot be sure we
will be able to get 4.11.x into 10.0-RELEASE, but we will certainly try.
As I said, most (if not all) of the problems with libc++ in 4.10.5 are
still present in 4.11.x, as I'm the only one who commits any fixes
related to libc++ support upstream. If you want to save as much time as
possible, first check if 4.11.x from area51 works; if it does, it's a
matter of cherry-picking the changes to 4.10.5, and if it does not you
can fix 4.10.5 directly and we cherry-pick the patch to area51 (ideally
you should first send the patch upstream, but if you worry about time
the most I can take care of that later).

Fixed in r332652.

Sent patch upstream for review, waiting for feedback.

Unrelated to the specific KDE release in ports, feel free to fix if you
can, otherwise we will get to it.

Should be a matter of disabling the MSN plugin and #include'ing
pthread.h.

Unrelated to the specific KDE release in ports. kdepim44 is dead
upstream, so just commit fixes to it directly in ports. calligra is
probably an old version, feel free do commit fixes to it and we can
later upstream them.
