Here's the incriminated line:
Installing: /usr/local/kde4/share/apps/cmake/modules/KDELibs4LibraryTargets-debugfull.cmake

For some reason you were (are?) building with debug support (are you
aware of this?), and the 4.6.5 CMake file, which was built without
debug support, was still there and chosen by default. Definitely due
to bad (de)installations.

By the way, it seems that your kdelibs are missing support for hupnp.
May I suggest reinstalling net/hupnp and then kdelibs?
