[kde-freebsd] KDE4's multimedia subsystem won't handle sound device properly

Got it working!  Yay!

I installed both the xine and vlc plugins, and in the process
discovered my kdemultimedia4 install had never actually completed, so
did that, too.

Sounding just fine now.
