Deinstall gstreamer-plugins-libshout2 doesn't change situation.

Yep. All KDE notifications itself, mplayer with esd-compat, paplay for instant messenger - 
all of them have a sound.

Seems to problem between amarok <=> pulseaudio

I'll try it with -CURRENT and KDE 4.2.4 as soon as possible (today I prepare another 
-current machine for stable ports testing)
