[kde-freebsd] Update for audio/amarok-kde4 to version 2.1

This looks like a problem outside of Amarok, but it's saying it's just
a warning so I wouldn't expect it to make Amarok fail completely.

Now these could be a problem.  Do other applications that use
pulseaudio work on this installation?

I have not personally tried this application on either -CURRENT or KDE
4.3 so either of those could potentially be an issue as well.
Suggestions for a fix are welcome.
