Theoretically the x11/kde4 stuff in area51 is buildable. The run part is still 
unknown at this time.

Dima is working on py-qt stuff at the moment, and I am working on kde4-l10n* 
currently and is still a work in progress.

You can try it but please note it is at your own risk!
