[kde-freebsd] Merging Qt patches upstream?

In this case, it would be nice if the person who maintains the FreeBSD
patches (such as the ones in qt4-corelib I mentioned before) created
merge requests via gitorious.

Who is the maintainer of those patches? Has it been tried before?
