[kde-freebsd] kdeadmin4: patch to fix knetworkconf

hello list!

i've started making the porting of knetworkconf, the network configurator
shipped with kdeadmin, which is now broken (System Settings > Network
Settings... have a look at it)

here's the patch for sysutils/kdeadmin4 and some words about it
good things:
- added automatic identification for freebsd 7 and 8 (no more "you're system
is unsupported" message)
- fixed the gateway finder (correct address now printed in the field - at
least for ipv4 - and no more "cannot read /proc/net/route" error)
bad ones:
- interfaces and domain name not listed yet (but i'll work on it if you think
it's a good thing)
- all the data is retrieved with freebsd 5 functions... i need to review each
of them
- it's a bit unstable when editing the configuration (but this is fault of the
program itself): if you run it with root privileges it may break some network
files... but so far i wasn't able to get a breakage without noticing it before
pressing OK. you may want to backup your rc.conf, hosts, smb.conf and so
on, anyway

i'd like to finish the porting of this app and send patches to upstream if you
agree. the other solution would be removing it from kdeadmin (at the current
state it's useless), but i think it's a nice tool to review network
configuration

ah: i didn't send a patch with a pr because it's not ready yet, and i'd like
to discuss its future with you

thanks for your attention
