it is for me, but, for example, selecting "phonon" playback in kmplayer-kde4 
results in a crash (but i never tried that with qt 4.4)
at the moment, the only problem i had is amarok 2: it started to use 90% of 
the cpu and crashing, and i can't get to build it because of something wrong 
in the qt 4.5.1
