[kde-freebsd] Porting Question (Dependencies)

Hi,

If a dependency imports its own requirements that your port uses, should you 
still explicitly mention your requirements.  

example:
kdenetwork depends on
+- kdelibs
\- qt4

and kdelibs depends on
\- qt4

should the kdelibs dependencies on qt4 also be required explicitly by 
kdenetwork?  (Given that the kdelibs depends will not be changing...)
