There are other Designer related libraries besides QtUiTools. There are also 
QtDesigner and QtDesignerComponents. The former is needed for designer 
plugins, and the latter for accessing individual Designer components (for 
embedding in an IDE, for example).

Perhaps all three can be combined into one port, qt4-designer-modules?
