[kde-freebsd] More version errors

I've been trying to figure this out all morning. I've traced this down to a 
few of the *_LIB_DEPENDS variables in KDELibsDependencies.cmake. These are 
automatically generated at kdelibs4 build time. The two I have seen problems 
with are kde3support_LIB_DEPENDS and kutils__LIB_DEPENDS. But I can see 
nothing particularly unusual about them compared to all the others.

cmake is still a deep mystery to me, and I cannot figure out how it determines 
the order of libraries. I am frustrated and at my wits end.
