Looks like the post-configure target was not needed.  I double checked
all the "links.txt" files and no instances of "-ldl" were found.  I
also removed the post-extract target related to the MYSQL_EXECUTABLE
because I think it was dated - the current version of
"FindMySQLAmarok.cmake" isn't looking for mysqld, likely due to the
move to embedded MySQL.

I've attached another updated shell archive that reflects the changes
mentioned above.  Thanks again to all who have helped!
