[kde-freebsd] KDE on 6.4 broken? 7.1 package also needs updating

loader at freebsd.org noticed the following earlier today.  Is it
possible to update this package for 7.1?

multimedia/kdemultimedia4 requires audio/lame as LIB_DEPENDS,
but audio/lame is marked as
RESTRICTED=     patent issues, see http://www.mp3licensing.com/

And in the ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/ports/${ARCH}/packages-6.4-release/INDEX,
the run deps column of the kdemultimedia4 doesn't have lame in the list

but the package have lame-3.97_1 in +CONTENTS:
ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/ports/${ARCH}/packages-6.4-release/All/kdemultimedia-4.1.1.tbz

@pkgdep lame-3.97_1
@comment DEPORIGIN:audio/lame

so users will get a package install failed message
