[kde-freebsd] koffice is missing kde-config

Please make sure you have /usr/ports/Mk/bsk.kde.mk version:

# $FreeBSD: ports/Mk/bsd.kde.mk,v 1.77 2008/08/13 09:14:11 miwi Exp $  

This has the fix in place.
